In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and in order to ensure the protection and privacy of personal data, as well as regulate access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to their handling, Promoción Integral Educativa A.C. or Arxé Institute, located at Insurgentes 1616, Colinas de San Jerónimo, Monterrey, N.L., establishes the following:

Arxé Institute is responsible for collecting (managing) your personal data, and/or those of your minor children of whom you are the guardian, for the use given to them and for their protection and any analogous data necessary for the provision of educational, administrative, or labor services and related activities.

The purpose of this notice is that personal and/or sensitive data, as applicable, may be used for the proper operation of the Institution, including their transmission to other Educational Institutions and competent authorities who need to know them for the proper fulfillment of the purposes of this Institution, so that they may be used for academic, administrative, psychometric, marketing, and statistical purposes, including but not limited to, validating the authenticity of certificates, diplomas, titles, or any other document issued in favor of the student, former student, or prospective student; confirming the authenticity of the documentation you provide; delivering such data to any competent authority that requests it; carrying out any internal procedure of the Institution necessary to fulfill its purposes; sending information from the Institution that is necessary or convenient for you to complete your studies; invitations to certain events of the Institution; collection of outstanding debts; evaluating the quality of the Institution’s service; and in general, for any academic or administrative purpose required or related to the condition of student, parent, former student, or prospective student or worker of the Institution, for which we require the following data:

If this information is not available, the Institution would be unable to enroll and carry out any procedure related to the student, prospective student, former student, or worker. Likewise, we inform you that in order to comply with the purposes set forth in this notice and applicable law, sensitive personal data will be collected and processed, which relate to your most intimate sphere, such as aspects of origin, health status, religious beliefs.

We are committed to ensuring that they will be treated under security measures and guaranteeing their confidentiality. If you as a parent and guardian of your children, teacher, manual worker, and administrative staff provide personal data, it means that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms set forth above and do not manifest opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for it.

Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred or processed inside and outside the country, by persons other than Arxé Institute. In this sense, your information may be shared with related service providers, for courses, evaluations, camps, transportation, etc.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time, in the event of legislative, jurisprudential, internal policies of the Institution requirements, among others; which will be notified through our website www.arxe.edu.mx
